Please remember to schedule your appointment once you have submitted your service order!

Your build will commence after order submission. Most PC builds are ready for pickup within 48 business hours or less after submitting your order. Custom data center/mining build outs can vary with up to 30 days lead time (longer for large scale projects) before taking delivery of machines. $100 first time buyer's promotional discount only available on custom built desktop PCs.

Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing the Product and/or Service, the Buyer acknowledges that the Product and/or Service is sold "AS IS" and agrees to release the Seller, Silicon Alley Inc. and any of its affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the purchased Product and/or Service. This is including, but not limited to defects, latent or apparent, and any other issues that may arise after the completion of this sale. The Seller disclaims any and all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the use, possession, and ownership of the Product and/or Service from the date of purchase onwards.

Return & Exchange Policy

PC returns and exchanges accepted within 5 days of purchase. All PC returns or exchanges incur a 25% restocking fee. Buyer understands and agrees that some components may be pre-owned parts that have been tested for full working functionality prior to sale. Buyer understands and agrees that Silicon Alley Inc., and its affiliates do not directly provide any warranty/guarantee on parts and labor, despite any remaining manufacturer's parts warranty coverage remaining. It is the Buyer's responsibility to seek any third-party warranty coverage or protection plans that may be available separately. Future service orders, including, but not limited to diagnostics, repairs, or upgrades require a new order invoice in order to be scheduled and/or completed.

Crypto Mining Orders

Crypto is not a currency (such as USD fiat). Crypto is a digital asset. Though online exchanges exist (both centralized and decentralized), attempting to use crypto as legal tender within your country may be not be possible due to regulations. Buyer is responsible for staying up-to-date on current state laws and regulations of using crypto and is advised to consult proper, professional advice and research regarding actual trading strategies, once crypto mining block rewards have been generated. Any and all services or transactions made with Silicon Alley Inc. or any of its employees, representatives, or affiliates are not grounds for investment advice, nor are profits guaranteed at any one point in time due to the volatility and variability of coin values within the crypto marketplace. As with all investments, buyer assumes any and all risk associated with crypto mining, trading, buying, selling, and any potential tax requirements related to either realized or unrealized capital gains from digital asset investments.

Transaction Verification

You may be required to present government issued ID upon delivery to verify that you are the authorized owner and signer for your payment method and transaction.
